Building on the success of the fall 2015 Nova Scotia mission to Cuba, EduNova, in partnership with ACOA, led a follow up Atlantic Canada trade mission to Cuba on October 31 to November 5, 2016. The project included participating in the FIHAV Havana International Trade Fair, one-on-one meeting programs for companies, and a networking event at the Canadian Embassy in Cuba.
The project provided each of the nine participating Atlantic Canadian delegates, including the Nova Scotia Community College, with the opportunity to meet with pre-qualified contacts in Cuba while benefiting from the exposure of being in-market as a part of an Atlantic Canada trade mission. The project also included training for delegates in advance of the mission.
