On Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017, Halifax Mayor Mike Savage hosted the Mayor’s Welcome Party, an annual reception welcoming international students to Halifax and the province. EduNova staff, volunteers, and members were on hand to join the Mayor in welcoming hundreds of new students—including first year students from the Study and Stay program. Many of these students were recently welcomed to Nova Scotia at the Airport Welcome Booth only two weeks earlier, and were excited to see familiar faces and ongoing welcomes at this community event.
