Airport Welcome Desk 2023
We are delighted to announce that our Airport Welcome Desk has been launched in collaboration with iCent to welcome new international students arriving at the Halifax Stanfield International and Sydney Airports this week.
We want to offer a very WARM WELCOME to all international students studying in Nova Scotia this Fall!
Study and Stay™- Nova Scotia Capstone Program – Applications Now Open
We’re excited to inform you that the Study and Stay™ – Nova Scotia Capstone program applications for cohort 8 are open! The Study and Stay™ Capstone program is a free 10-month program designed for international students in their final year of post-secondary studies in Nova Scotia. The selected participants will have access to the resources, tools, and connections needed to launch a successful career and fulfilling life in Nova Scotia. The schedule for virtual info sessions about the program is available on the Study and Stay webpage. The deadline to apply for the program is September 25, 2023. Please share about the program with eligible international students!

Study and Stay™- Nova Scotia Fall Orientation Campus Tours 2023
Exciting times are ahead as the Study and Stay™ – Nova Scotia team prepares to embark on campus tours during our member Orientation Week(s). We are eager to connect with both new and returning international students to share insights about our Study and Stay™ – Nova Scotia Foundations and Capstone Programs. Our team will set up engaging booths and provide informative sessions to interact with students on a personal level, providing comprehensive information about our programs and addressing any questions they may have.
We value your support and collaboration as we strive to make our campus visits a success. Though we have some campuses finalized, we are still open to more invitations from you to meet with your students – we are eager to explore opportunities for additional sessions. 2023 EduNova’s Atlantic Canada Counsellors’ Familiarization Tour
EduNova organized a hybrid familiarisation tour for high school counsellors and student recruitment agents in August 2023. The tour welcomed nine attendees, including four high school counsellors from South Asia (India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka) and five agents from Mexico, Vietnam, and Ukraine. Together, they toured ten institutions across Atlantic Canada from Sunday, August 13, 2023, to Sunday, August 20, 2023.
Participating institutions included Saint Mary’s University, Dalhousie University, Acadia University, Memorial University – St. John’s Campus, Memorial University – Grenfell Campus, College of the North Atlantic, St. Francis Xavier University, University of Prince Edward Island, University of New Brunswick, and Mount Allison University. Thank you for your participation!
